How to prepare

  • Drink plenty of water in the 24 hours before your session to stay well hydrated.
  • Avoid heavy meals 2 to 3 hours before your appointment.
  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the areas to be treated.
  • Inform your practitioner of any medical condition or medication you're taking.

Frequently asked questions about booking

Is the session painful?

Hijama is generally well tolerated. You'll feel a light suction, but no intense pain. Temporary marks may appear and fade within 3 to 7 days.

Who can benefit from hijama?

Our treatments are exclusively for women. Hijama is not recommended during pregnancy, in cases of bleeding disorders, or if you have active skin infections.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash and Bancontact payments. The 40 € fee is paid at the end of the session. No deposit is required when you book.

How often can I have a hijama session?

For general maintenance, one session per month is often enough. If you have chronic pain or specific concerns, your practitioner may recommend more frequent sessions, typically two to four weeks apart, depending on how you respond to the treatment.
